If you ever played the Samorost series, you’ll be delighted to hear that the same creators released an all new adventure called Machinarium. The story revolves a little robot who’s been thrown out to the scrap yard behind his city and it’s up to players to return him back into the city and confront the Black Cap Brotherhood in order to save his robot-girlfriend.
Upon the first few minutes of gameplay, you can tell that everyone at Amanita Designs poured their heart and soul into Machinarium. It’s the beautiful environments, original ethereal music, and subtle random animations that makes this game so magnificent. Once I get my paycheck this Friday, I’ll gladly pay for the full game.

Mary Anne: My husband just called me up and told me that my boyfriend sent me flowers. I'm like WHAT!!?! I DON'T HAVE A BOYFRIEND!!!
Carrie: What in the world?
Mary Anne: So I asked him, "What boyfriend are you talking about?!" Then he explained that I heard wrong. He said, "WILFRED". Wilfred's my cousin and he sent me flowers for my birthday.
Carrie: Oh Mary, that's lovely. *laughs*
Sharon: (coming from the other room, looking at Mary) You look a little distraught.
Mary Anne: I'm upset.
Sharon: Why, what's the matter?
Mary Anne: My husband didn't buy me flowers for my birthday.
